Overview
At Crimsonite, we take pride in the quality of every product we sell. All of our bikes, e-bikes, and accessories are backed by trusted manufacturers who stand behind their work.
Coverage
Each product purchased from Crimsonite includes a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Typical coverage:

Frames & structural parts: 1 year

Motors, controllers, and displays: 1 year

Batteries & chargers: 6 months
-
General parts & accessories: 30 days
If a covered part fails within this period, we’ll work with the manufacturer to repair or replace it. Shipping fees may apply.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear items (tires, brake pads, chains, etc.)

Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect

Modifications or unauthorized repairs

Cosmetic issues that don’t affect performance

Water or weather damage
Once a product has been altered or serviced by an unauthorized party, the warranty becomes void.
How to File a Claim

Our team will review the claim and confirm next steps
Approved claims are usually processed within 7–14 business days, depending on part availability.
Manufacturer Support
We work directly with certified manufacturers and distributors. Depending on your product, replacements or repairs may be handled through a U.S., Canadian, or overseas warehouse.
Transfer & Liability

Warranty applies only to the original purchaser

It cannot be transferred or resold

Crimsonite is not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or third-party modifications

Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product
